Using Multiple Systems

Not that long ago, we devoted an entire issue of Shure Notes to a discussion of whether to go wireless. Today, wireless systems are standard equipment for every school auditorium, touring act, theatrical company and broadcast crew. And the question is not when or whether but how – especially as it relates to systems that can number more than 50 or 60 devices.

Who better to serve as our guide than Tim Vear, the Shure Applications Engineering pro who wrote our book on wireless? We also got some first-hand advice from Earl Neal, who runs sound (including dozens of wireless systems) for country phenom Toby Keith.
