Keep it Down! The Hearing Conservation Issue From the time most of us were old enough to find the volume control, we’ve been told to keep it down. Turns out that was pretty good advice then and now since experts estimate that 35% of musicians – and 10% of those of listening – have some degree of hearing loss. For one third of us, the loss was preventable. That’s right – preventable.
